All too often we fail to hear, understand and appreciate another's perspective. And when someone doesn't feel heard, seen or appreciated, we usually encounter defensiveness, reactivity, hostility…
And we react similarly! Bottom line.. we create perceived or imagined "enemies" of our co-workers, colleagues, loved ones. Walls go up. Emotional separation deepens. Tension increases.
Sound familiar?
Well, the reason I use the Enneagram with individuals, organizations and businesses is because it is the best path, the best guide, that I've found that helps people see themselves and others with new eyes and fresh perspectives. I know of no other system that allows for and facilitates the understanding of differences and the ability to appreciate other perspectives faster or with more empathy.
So what services do I offer using the Enneagram?
Enneagram training, including how your dominant Enneagram type shows up in how you communicate, give and receive feedback, manage conflict, work with teams and lead, and more.
Conflict coaching includes the assessment of individual behaviors that contribute to the destructive and constructive management of conflict, along with how our Enneagram type shows up and impacts your engagement with conflict.
Leadership development coaching and mentoring focuses on how your dominant Enneagram type makes you more effective and/or more challenged as a leader and how you can increase desired behaviors and lessen less helpful ones.
Mediation of disputes, including workplace, special education, elder care, parent-child, civil rights, and business mediation. I often introduce mediation parties to the Enneagram to help them make more conscious choices during the mediation process and to help them better understand the perspective of the other party(ies).
